Fan Quality Advantages

Oneida's systems use high-efficiency, cast-aluminum fan wheels. . Most competitors use stamped / fabricated steel wheels with the blades riveted to the body of the fanwheel.

• Spark resistant non-ferrous, non-steel material as required by NFPA fire codes.
• Magnesium-Aluminum Alloy - Extremely strong with full material handling strength.  Unbreakable, even in material handling applications.  Stronger than steel by weight. 
• Cast to perfect airfoil shape for high performance and low noise.  (our units tested at the lowest noise level in independent tests while producing the most airflow)
• Two-Plane / Dynamic balance to G-6.3 or G-4.0 specs.  Same spec used to balance aircraft turbine engine rotors.

• Lower weight allows motor to drive air, not overcome high inertial loads.
• Independent report* shows lowest noise level tested. Some competitors are twice as loud!
