Lead Times

No partial shipments. Tracking info available after order.

Products are shipped once all items on the order are ready, i.e. the order will ship based on the item with the longest lead time. Estimated shipping lead times are posted on each product page for your convenience. A tracking number will automatically be emailed to you when available.

Shipping Origin

Ships from Syracuse, NY. Quick-Clamp ductwork drop shipped from NC.

With the exception of our Quick-Clamp ductwork components, all other items ship from our factory in Syracuse, New York. Quick-Clamp ductwork will be split to a separate order and drop shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina.

Freight Shipments

Large systems, ductwork, and containers are shipped by freight.

Freight truck shipments are required for larger products and may require additional shipping fees that will be applied after your order is placed. This applies to systems 5HP and larger, oversized ductwork and containers, and other items. In these instances our Service Dept. will contact you via your provided phone number to finalize billing.

Returning Products

30 day window for returns; Some items are non-returnable.

Returns must be made with 30 days of purchase date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. An RMA # must first be issued by our Service Dept. before returns can be processed. We do not accept returns on flex hose, custom parts, and some uncommon quick-clamp ducting components.

Do you ship to Canada?
Oneida Air Systems typically recommends that customers purchase the Dust Deputy product line and motorized dust collection systems 5HP or smaller through our distribution partners in Canada for the most cost effective and convenient experience. Information about our partners can be found at oneida-air.com/international.
How do I make a purchase using PayPal as the payment method?
Proceed through the online checkout until you get to the section regarding your payment method. There you'll see an option to checkout with PayPal. Selecting this option will take you to a new page to login with your PayPal account and review your shopping cart before placing the order.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, but not on our website. Please contact our sales department at (800) 732-4065 or by email at [email protected].
Are there any restrictions for financing?
Orders must be for a complete dust collection system with a total value over $1,000 (including shipping and taxes) to qualify for financing through Marlin. Financing is available only for commercial customers e.g. Corporations, LLCs, DBAs, etc.
Can I order online if I'm tax exempt?
Yes, but you will need to place your orders through a Verified Account to qualify. Submit your most current tax exempt certificate(s) to [email protected] to get started.
Why am I being charged sales tax for my order?
Due to the 2018 Supreme Court ruling in the case of South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., Oneida Air Systems now collects and remits sales tax for and to all states that require it based on their individual thresholds and jurisdictions. A detailed tax estimate is provided in the shopping cart once the shipping address has been entered. Our Service Dept. will contact you if adjustments need to be made. If a business is tax exempt, Oneida Air Systems is required to have a current copy of the tax exempt certificate on file.
Is there a distributor of Oneida Air products in Western Canada (Calgary)?
All of our Canadian distributors can be found at oneida-air.com/international. Combined, they offer nearly all of our product catalog (excluding ductwork components).
Do you give a military discount?
No, we do not offer a military discount.
