Injection molded from a translucent anti-static resin, the patented design of the Dust Deputy cyclone uses centrifugal force to capture and remove 99% of dust and debris from the air-stream before it reaches your vacuum's filter, eliminating clogged filters and suction loss!

How It Works:

The dust-laden air passes through the Dust Deputy Cyclone, which separates out 99% of the dust. The cleaned air passes into your shop vacuum, while the dust falls into an accumulation bin with an open grid bottom.

A heavy (4 mil thick) plastic bag is held in place around the accumulation bin. When the vacuum is turned on, the bag is sucked up against the grid. When the vacuum is turned off, the bag drops back down and the collected dust falls from the accumulation bin into the bag. When the vacuum is turned on again, the previously bagged dust remains in the bag while newly captured dust collects in the accumulation bin.

This action can be repeated until the bag is two-thirds full, at which point the bag should be removed and replaced.
