Variable Speed, High-Pressure Dust Collection for CNC Machines
Primarily designed for CNC applications, it uses patented Oneida Air Systems' patented SMART Boost® technology to provide roughly twice the static pressure of standard collectors and pull maximum CFM from the cutter head. This increased suction performance means higher-quality cuts, increased cutter life, and less clean up.
Traditional dust collector fan motors operate at a fixed speed (RPM). When long ducting runs, smaller tool ports, and even closed gates limit the volume of air (CFM) the fan can move at its fixed speed, the motor ends up doing less work – and draws fewer amps. Our unique SMART Boost technology ensures the motor is always working at full capacity (with a constant amp draw) by increasing fan speed as needed to deliver maximum CFM and maximum suction at all times – up to double the CFM and suction of traditional, fixed RPM dust collectors. It's truly revolutionary!
This high pressure system is ideal for use with any type of CNC cutting tools as well as saws, jointers, lathes, shapers, planers, routers, sanders, and more!

The High Vacuum system uses spunbond polyester cartridge filters that are specifically designed for dust collection applications - providing unbeatable airflow and filtration performance - and are proudly made in the USA!

- Wide-spaced pleating and singed coating resists clogging and facilitates quick and easy maintenance.
- Patented filter stacking system provides the filtration area of a single larger filter, but without the cumbersome weight and install, and provides additional savings when replacements are required.
- Patented internal acoustic foam reduces noise caused by vibrating outgoing air by 1–2 dBa
- Fine dust pan captures residual dust that falls off the inside of the filter. Can be removed easily for cleaning after reverse blowing compressed air into the pleats.

Configurable Waste Disposal Options Design
The 5HP High-Vacuum SMART Boost system can be configured to work easily into most ductwork setups. Choose from an array of waste containment options that best meet the needs of your shop and your work:
- Single Drum Model: Ideal for smaller commercial shops with a strict height restriction or limited floor space. Expect to empty the single 55 gal. drum much more frequently if used with a large planer, drum sander, or CNC machine.
- Air Lock Model: Ideal for shops with large amounts of waste production and provides the most cost effective and convenient disposal option. The dust collector can operate continuously while dust and debris is automatically fed to the container below, eliminating downtime for emptying. The customer must supply their own waste container for the system.
