How do I track my order status?
All customers will receive an email notification when the order is first placed and another when it ships (including a tracking number). Customers who placed their order while logged in to their account (i.e. not a guest checkout) can also check their order status at any time by visiting their Account dashboard at oneida-air.com/customer/account
How do I modify my order?
Online orders cannot be modified after they have been booked and must instead be replaced with a new order. If you need to cancel an online order please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Orders are processed very quickly at Oneida Air Systems and may even be processed and shipped within the same business day. When you place an order online, your payment method is authorized for the order total; if your order is canceled, this authorization will be voided.
Can I order online if I'm tax exempt?
Yes, but you will need to place your orders through a Verified Account to qualify. Submit your most current tax exempt certificate(s) to [email protected] to get started.
Why am I being charged sales tax for my order?
Due to the Supreme Court's ruling on 'South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc.' of 2018, most states now require vendors to remit sales tax to them for remote sales that are DELIVERED to their jurisdiction, not just businesses physically located in that state. For that reason we must collect sales tax on online orders for every state the requires them. A detailed tax estimate is provided in the shopping cart once the shipping address (State AND Zipcode) has been entered. Our Customer Support team will contact you if adjustments need to be made. If a business is tax exempt, Oneida Air Systems is required to have a current copy of the tax exempt certificate on file.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do not ship our products direct outside the United States (and most items are only shipped within the Lower 48 contiguous states). We typically recommend that customers purchase the Dust Deputy product line and motorized dust collection systems 5HP or smaller through our international resellers. Do you give a military discount?
No we do not offer a military discount.
How can I pay if I don't have a Credit/Debit card?
Our website accepts a wide variety of payment methods, including all major credit cards and "digital wallets" (e.g. PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, etc.). Additionally, with phone orders we can accept purchase orders, personal/cashier checks, and money orders. Call 1-800-732-4065 to place an order using these non-digital payment options.
How do I sign up for the loyalty rewards program?
Anyone can join the program by creating an account on our website, oneida-air.com. Customers with previously registered accounts are already enrolled and can start earning and redeeming points immediately! However, not all past customers may necessarily have an online account.
I forgot my password. How do I access my account?
Below the login form you will see an option to reset your password. If you require additional assistance, contact our Customer Support team.
Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse to save on shipping costs?
Direct order pickups are possible, but limited, in scope. To schedule a pickup from our factory in Syracuse, NY, you must call to place your order and do so at least 48 hours in advance of the pickup. Same-day pickups are generally not accepted.
Why do I sometimes see different prices for your products?
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, specifications, and pricing. However, Oneida Air Systems reserves the right to make changes to products and prices at any time. This can be reflected not only by limited time discounts, promotions, and reseller prices, but also on price changes due to market fluctuations. Products added to the shopping cart constitute a "digital quote" and are valid for a specified period of time.
I think I found a typo/error on your website, can you fix it?
Oneida Air Systems makes every effort to provide the most detailed and accurate information available regarding our products, however mistakes can still happen and we are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, or other clerical errors that may occur. If you encounter incorrect information on our website or documentation, please notify [email protected] and we will work to correct the mistake as soon as possible.
Is it safe to order such expensive items online?
Yes. Oneida Air Systems is a PCI-compliant merchant that takes every available precaution to protect your personal information. Our website is fully encrypted on a secure server to ensure that all sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Additionally, your payment info is never stored on our servers.
