How do I sign up for the loyalty rewards program?
Anyone can join the program by creating an account on our website, oneida-air.com. Customers with previously registered accounts are already enrolled and can start earning and redeeming points immediately! However, not all past customers may necessarily have an online account.
What benefits are there for becoming a loyalty rewards member?
Our loyalty program lets members earn exclusive discounts and other rewards the more they engage with us.
How do I opt out of the loyalty program?
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request that you be removed from our loyalty program and be sure to use the same email that you enrolled to the loyalty program with. After verification your personal information, points balance, and available rewards will be permanently removed from our program.
Who is eligible to join the loyalty rewards program?
Any oneida-air.com customer is eligible to join our loyalty program by creating an online account with us. By creating an online account you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, maintain a valid email address, and have a valid U.S. shipping address. We do not ship directly outside the United States, including for loyalty rewards.
I already have an online account. Do I need to create a new one to earn points?
No you only need the single oneida-air.com account to get started earning and redeeming loyalty points - all existing online accounts have already been enrolled.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my loyalty account?
No, points are not retroactively applied to accounts and purchase made before the Loyalty Program was created. However, old accounts will have an initial "starting value" of points for previous customers to make use of.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign-up is 100% free and while you can earn more points through purchases, there are zero-cost loyalty actions available to you as well. Make sure to visit oneida-air.com/loyalty to get started.
How do I redeem my points?
Your points can be redeemed to your loyalty account either in the checkout or by visiting your Loyalty Account page at oneida-air.com/loyalty#redeem
How do points convert to dollars?
The base conversion rate is $1 = 100 points.
What are the easy ways to earn points?
You'll receive some points just for creating an account in our loyalty program. Aside from earning points through purchases you can earn points for following us on social media, subscribing to our newsletter, and remaining a loyalty member. Visit oneida-air.com/loyalty#earn more more details.
Can I use my points when ordering through a sales rep i.e. not online?
Yes but be sure to include the same email address of your loyalty account when speaking with a sales rep so that they can verify your available rewards and point balance.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! Loyalty points are unlimited in their amount for each account. However, certain earning actions may be individually limited in how many times or how frequent they can be used.
Can I return my order if I redeemed my loyalty points for a discount?
Yes. You will be refunded the total dollar amount after the discount was applied. See our return policy for other details and requirements for returns. Note that your loyalty points will not be re-added to your account.
I earned points with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?
Loyalty rewards are a one-time-use item. If you use your discount reward towards a purchase and later decide to return that purchase, your points and/or rewards will NOT be credited back to your rewards account.
Do points ever expire?
Yes your earned loyalty points will expire 1 YEAR after the date of your loyalty account's last activity. To remain active your account must take actions that either earn or redeem points through our loyalty program. If we ever decide to end the loyalty program, your points and rewards will expire with the program (see Loyalty Program Rules for more information).
How do I know when my points are going to expire?
Points expire after 1 YEAR of account inactivity. Activity includes actions you take that either earn or redeem points (this excludes Anniversary rewards). You can review your account's activity by logging in and clicking the "My History" button at oneida-air.com/loyalty#activity.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Double-check that you were logged into your loyalty account when you made your purchase. If you missed on this by mistake, contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance manually applying points to your account.
I should have earned points but my account balance didn't change. Did I get credit?
Yes! You worked hard to earn those points and they belong in your account. But please note that there may be a delay in our system's communication at time, meaning points could take anywhere from several minutes to several hours to appear in your loyalty account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account, click the 'Read More' link for steps to troubleshoot this issue.
I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?
We're sorry to hear that. There's a couple scenarios that could have triggered that error message. It's possible that there was a typo in the email address or that you forgot to separate multiple addresses with a comma. We recommend refreshing the page and try to issue referrals one at a time. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] if you need further assistance.
I haven't received loyalty points for any of the referrals that I sent out. What's wrong?
Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it. To earn points from a referral, your friend must complete their first qualifying purchase (that of a dust collector that is 1hp or larger in size) on our website. In addition, that referral purchase must be done through the referral link that was sent to them. If they make a purchase on a different device or visit the website indirectly (i.e. by any other method from clicking that referral link) then the sale will not be tracked accordingly. You will automatically receive an email whenever a referral purchase has been completed and points have been added to your account. You can also check your 'History' on the Loyalty Program page (oneida-air.com/fan-power-program#activity) to see a list of your earned points.
