Thank you for submitting your fan wheel inspection results. While the risk of system damage, shop down time, or personal injury is incredibly low, developing a solution has been our top priority.
If you can easily access the motor assembly, begin with Reinstalling the Fan Wheel. You must complete this section first, otherwise the L bracket will hinder the removal of the motor assembly.
If you can’t immediately access the motor assembly, begin with Install the Fan Housing Guard. When you can access the motor assembly, take note of the steps here.

Part 1: Installing the Fan Housing Guard
Part one of this solution involves a fan housing guard which should be installed as soon as possible. We purposely designed the installation process to be quick and easy. It should only take about 15 minutes.
Part 2: Installing Fan Wheel Retrofit Pack (#ZBI000015)
Part two involves reinstalling your fan wheel using the upgraded components and hardware included in the retrofit pack. We strongly recommend you also complete part two as soon as possible.
