Connect Your Supercell - Plain and Simple

Traditional dust collectors require a carefully planned duct layout to minimize pressure and suction loss throughout the system. But not so with the Supercell! It's high-pressure, universal design can accommodate nearly any type of layout - even one formed entirely of flex hose!

This Starter Kit includes everything you need to connect your new Supercell dust collector to up to three tools at once, with manual blast gates for controlling airflow to each port. The kit also comes equipped with our 25-foot CleanShop Hose Kit for connecting the Supercell to smaller, 2.5" dust ports

How flexible is the heavy-duty, vacuum rated hose for the Supercell? What is the minimum bend radius?

The vacuum rated 4" hose, used for the Supercell strikes a balance between flexibility and durability. Because of the Supercell's intense vacuum pressure, some lesser hoses can be problematic or even dangerous since they can "pull" (tighten up like an accordion bellows) when subjected to vacuum pressure. Our vacuum rated hose will prevent this while still allowing the hose to flex. The hose can be bent into a tight radius, around 1-1.25X CLR of the diameter. So for 4" hose, one can achieve a centerline radius of around 4-5". See images. That said, this hose has a strong memory and is wire reinforced. It WILL NOT lie in place when aggressively bent and will try to spring back to a more linear shape if not held in place.
