18" Quick-Clean Filter Shaker
Shake the Cake Away in Minutes
Ideal for commercial applications with heavy and continuous dust loads, the Quick-Clean Filter Shaker is a simple and convenient attachment that significantly extends the time interval required between full filter maintenance. This saves your shop valuable time and labor while also ensuring that the dust collector continues to operate at peak efficiency.
Simply turn the dial to the desired cleaning cycle and the Filter Shaker will securely vibrate the filter in place – loosening any layer of fine dust (e.g. filter cake) that's bypassed the cyclone and built up within the filter. Loose dust then falls into the Dust Bin beneath the filter for collection and disposal.
- Choose a cleaning interval of 1–5 minutes long depending on your dust load.
- Operated manually via a time-dial control box mounted up to 6.5-feet away from the filter.
- Install in minutes onto any system with an 18" external cartridge filter (e.g. Dust Gorilla® Pro, High Vacuum, Direct Drive, etc.).
- 40 Watt vibrating motor runs off convenient 110V power.
- Mounts securely to the base of the filter using a heavy-gauge steel plate.
- Dust collectors with multiple filter stacks will require multiple filter shakers.
