Remove over 99% of dust and debris from the airstream, containing it before it ever reaches the filter - virtually eliminating clogging and suction loss! Constructed from heavy-gauge, seam welded, cold-rolled steel with powder coat finish for use in industrial dust collection applications. Do-it-yourself model lets you choose any size dust container for your shop, build a mobile cart, or integrate into a centralized system. Includes the cyclone and neoprene foam flange gasket. Available in 2" to 6" stock inlet sizes with custom configurations and bulk pricing available upon request.

Convenient Commercial-Grade Cyclonic Separation
This compact, steel cyclone separator can be used "as welded" in a variety of applications including agriculture, concrete, chemicals, mining, construction, food waste handling, etc. Its seam-welded construction is durable and airtight, ensuring long lasting and highly efficient cyclonic separation of both fine dusts and bulk debris, significantly extending the lifespan of your vacuum's filter and reducing downtime for maintenance.
The Dust Deputy® cyclone's simple and efficient design can be adapted for use with any make/model vacuum or dust collector. With the DIY version, you can mount the cyclone to any shape or size dust container, allowing you to customize it to the needs of your application - choose small bins for mobile jobs with multiple workers, or large bins for continuous waste that does not need to be emptied as frequently.
Our steel cyclones are not food-grade rated and should only be used to handle waste products. Additional cleaning and treating are required by the customer to make the product food-grade safe.
