As the makers of the original Dust Deputy® cyclone separator, Oneida Air Systems is proud to introduce are latest innovation in dust control solutions: the new Oneida XT Cyclonic HEPA Dust Extractor.
Premiering as one of the most important advancements in the extractor market in the last 50 years, this patent pending, all-in-one, portable dust control solution combines the separation efficiency of Oneida Air's industry leading cyclonic designs with a powerful vacuum motor and premium HEPA-grade filter. Unlike conventional workshop vacuums, the industrial Oneida XT Cyclonic HEPA Dust Extractor resolves the problem of a rapidly clogging filter. To overcome this deficiency, the Oneida XT has an integrated, high efficiency cyclone, which pre-separates up to 99.9% of dust and debris from the airstream, thus preventing filter clogging and suction loss while decreasing the filter cleaning interval time by up to 100 times less than conventional workshop vacuums.
"This is more than a new product … It represents a paradigm shift and what we believe to be the future state of the workshop vacuum and extractor market."
Jeff Hill, President & CEO of Oneida Air Systems
Powered by a 120V fan motor, the Oneida XT provides ample high-pressure airflow for a wide range of benchtop and other tools with 2.5" diameter (and smaller) ports. Its ruggedly built 14-gallon waste bin with dust level viewing window moves with ease on five high performance, locking casters.
Weighing 45 lbs. and measuring 21-1/2" wide by 20-1/2" deep by 38-1/8" tall, the Oneida XT14 Cyclonic HEPA Dust Extractor is the perfect portable, compact solution for woodworkers who demand superior dust control performance without sacrificing convenience or freedom of movement around the shop. With a small footprint and short stature similar to standard workshop vacuums, the Oneida XT can also easily fit in a cargo van or even a back seat, allowing for quick and simple transport to job sites.
The Oneida XT's design and development sprouted from the need for innovation in a stale category of shop equipment. It premiers as the XT14 version sold with a 14-gallon mobile waste bin, HEPA-grade filter media, and hardware. It requires a 2.5" diameter vacuum pressure-rated hose (sold separately).
